I recently stayed at Microtel and overall had a decent experience. The staff at the desk was really nice and accommodating, especially considering it was late when I checked in. The room was mostly clean but had some issues with the bedding and the bed itself was uncomfortable. The breakfast situation could definitely use some improvement, but for an overnight stay at the price I paid, it was manageable.
